WE ALWAYS CALL YOU, THE OWNER FIRST FOR YOUR APPROVAL UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY. Register your home with the town of kennebunk/kennebunkport as this is now required for all vacation rentals

Schedule all your regular winter maintenance items to ensure they are completed prior to prime rental season in Kennebunk and Kennebunkport (septic pumping, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, chimney sweeps, tune-ups for any appliances that use propane, fall or spring yard clean up)

We will schedule a SPRING CLEAN for your home to be deep cleaned prior to first rental arrival

It is required that all property owners that we (Kennebunk Beach Rentals) represent to follow State regulations regarding smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Within our company, we strongly recommend you have a smoke detector in the kitchen area and outside each bedroom as well as a Carbon Monoxide detector on each level of the home. Each house must have GFI outlets in the kitchen and bathroom. A fire extinguisher is required in the kitchen.
